Pumping units

Pumping units are used for pumping oil, oil products, liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHG), neutral liquids and liquids containing harmful substances (HS) 2, 3, 4 hazard classes according to GOST 12.1.007-76, density from 500 kg / m³ to 1900 kg / m³, kinematic viscosity no more than 200 mm ² /s (cSt), with a volume concentration of solid inclusions no more than 2% and a size of no more than 0.5 mm in the operating temperature range:

• oil, oil products, LHG, neutral liquids – from -47 ° С to 450 ° С
• liquids containing HS of 2, 3, 4 hazard classes – from -47 ° С to 250 ° С.

Pumping units are operated at ambient temperatures from -60 ° С to +50 ° С, and at an altitude of no more than 1000m above sea level. As for the operation in other conditions, it is agreed with the manufacturer.

Pumping units are general-purpose products in accordance with GOST 27.003-2016 and are produced in climatic modification N, F, NF or T for placement categories 1, 2, 3, 4 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.

Pumping units are manufactured in general industrial and explosion-proof design. Explosion-proof pumping units are used for operation in explosive and fire hazardous areas, where, according to the operating conditions, can form explosive mixtures of gases, vapors or dust with air related to categories IIА, IIВ, IIC and groups T1, T2, T3, T4 according to GOST R 30852.5-2002.

The qualified specialists of the company carry out:

• installation supervision and commissioning works;
• putting the pumping units into operation;
• service maintenance;
• consultations on the operation of all dynamic equipment of the pumping unit.
