Мaintenance service and repair of mechanical face seals

Works performed by the Customer:

• dismantling of the mechanical face seals from the compressor / pump;
• disassembly of the mechanical face seals, inspection with the preparation of a complete inspection report;
• cleaning of the mechanical face seals parts from foreign particles, product residues, etc.;
• assessment of the performance / condition of the mechanical face seals;
• restoration of the mechanical face seals (if possible, outside the conditions of the service center), if necessary, replacement of secondary seals;
• installation of the mechanical face seals in the compressor / pump;
• launch of the mechanical face seals with carrying out start-up and adjustment works.

Works performed in the conditions of the service center:

• disassembly of the mechanical face seals, inspection with the preparation of a complete inspection report;
• cleaning of the mechanical face seals parts from foreign particles, product residues, etc.;
• assessment of the performance / condition of the mechanical face seals with the necessary measurements;
• restoration of the mechanical face seals with the replacement of all damaged parts;
• testing of the mechanical face seals at a specialized static test bench with the issuance of a subsequent guarantee for the repair work carried out.

The Customer's representatives have the opportunity to be present during the service work with the mechanical face seals, including testing of the mechanical face seals, in order to make sure that the seal is working after repair.
