In the field of maintenance and repair of gas turbine engines, we have extensive experience with such GTEs as Solar Turbines "Taurus 60S", Solar Turbines "Titan-130", PS-90, NK-12ST, NK-16ST, DG-90 and many others.
We carry out a number of works on maintenance of gas turbine engines in accordance with the regulations of the manufacturers' plants.
This regulation includes such works as:
- Maintenance of GTE air intake units
- Maintenance of GTE exhaust shaft.
- Maintenance of GTE lubrication system
- Maintenance of GTE fuel gas system
- Flushing of the gas-air path of GTE
- Inspection of GTE flow path using an endoscope
- Alignment of the shaft line of CGC (centrifugal gas compressor) - GTE using a laser centering tool
We are also engaged in major repairs of gas turbine engines, including its attachments.
The list of major repairs includes such works as:
- Replacement of boxes of GTE drives.
- Replacement of the GTE starter.
- Replacement or repair of the scroll, compensators and the exhaust shaft of GTE.
- On some GTEs of DG-90 type, replacement of injectors with opening the combustion chamber in the field.
- Opening GTE compressor in case of severe contamination of its flow path, as well as to replace the blades of the stator part.
- Replacement of GTE GPA.
- Replacement of the free turbine of the GTE.
After finishing of maintenance and repair work, an analysis of the operation and condition of the gas turbine engine is performed and a report is drawn up with recommendations for further work and repair planning.

- Complete disassembly of the gas reciprocating engine.
- Washing, cleaning of all assemblies and parts.
- Visually measuring control of all assemblies and parts.
- Assembly of the engine with replacement of worn-out parts.
- Adjustment and tuning of the engine.
